Astra is incredibly talented. I felt listened to about my needs (physical aches pains/needing to chill out) in the moment, and I could tell that she was also attuned to where I wanted to be, too. She provides awesome massage therapy and I love that you can also have herbal compresses tailored for you. Highly recommend!
Astra paid attention to detail from the start of our session to make sure I was comfortable. I noted some new hip pain and she worked to understand what was going on, and address it. My hip pain was pretty much gone after our session. She also did some abdominal work with the perfect amount of pressure. I’m a physical therapist and not only will I be going back, but I will recommend her to my patients.
